uber simple book binding

*sighs* alrighty! after having been asked how i make my little sketch books, i decided to make a tutorial. this took me quite a while to put together (too long, oh too long... we're talking HOURS...); and i'm sorry it's illustrated, but a friend is borrowing my camera currently. i am photoless. sorry.

this tutorial was created in adobe indesign cs (paper and card stock texture i created in photoshop but eh). yeeeah. good luck with it.
